Mignon was standing in the bath tonight and pointing at a bath toy that was out of her reach. I then asked her whether she wanted that toy and she replied “ja” and nodded. Sweet!
Isabel is a total hooligan at the moment. She and Daniel are wrestling the whole time and Daniel pretty much can sit on her and she loves it. My heart sits in my throat most of the time, but I try to keep an eye and not cramp their style too much. Ykes.
There is a song in Afrikaans “Ek’s ‘n dapper muis”, Tannie Carike sings it and whenever we go to the park Isabel walks with her feet high and it always makes me think of this song, she kind of stomps through the grass.
Ag, they are divine, all 3 of them, we are so blessed.
Sometimes it’s easier to close your eyes…my two big ones wrestled the other night and Middle Kid ended up with a big blue cheek…much to her teachers surprise….innocent”My sister beat me up “yer right you big fibber!
