Weekend in pictures

Arniston, where even the bus stop is posh:

Daniel in his outfit he chose himself.  Blue pants (wrong way around), yellow t-shirt, red jacket, slipper socks and crocs.  The slipper socks were my end.  But hey, his feet were warm..

Walking to the beach, the girls each with their personalised t-shirts 🙂

Trying to catch fish in the rock pools

Just a pretty rock pool

Puzzle mania

I was going to do a long whiney post about how my sister (who ended up coming for one night with the non-boyfriend) just pisses me off and relate every little thing I managed to pounce on that grated me, be it fair or not, but I am rather going to kick a door or have some more wine.  Moral high ground and all, you know.

My Mom and I have stayed behind with the kids for an extra day or so and plan to just take it easy. Well, as easy as you can with 3 little ones of course 🙂

May everyone have a fantastic week, catch up soon!

  1. Cool pics – your children are styling as usual! Puzzle mania looks like fabulous fun. Waenhuiskraal is such a lovely place – enjoy your extra day there.

  2. Ouch on the sister thing – I’m sometimes glad to be an only child 🙂

Love the pics!! Especially the family puzzle one 🙂 And also love that we can now see which twin is which 🙂

I wish I’d taken a pic of Tristan when he left for holiday care this morning. Almost as good as slipper socks. Wonder where they get the fashion sense from?

  4. Love the pics. The girls T-shirts are lovely, are they embroidered or painted?
Have a great couple of days with your Mom, you deserve the extra time away. xx

  5. Wow – looks like you had a divine weekend! Love your kiddies’s styles and personalities! Kick that door and drink that wine… some people are just not worth having a heart attack over!

  6. Looks like you had an excellent break – a pity someone always has to put the damper on this.
