I have been generally a bit mif lately for various reasons and I am quite sick of it. So, I have decided that September will be gratitude month. I used to keep a gratitude journal in which I used to write down 5 things per day to be grateful for. The aim is to get beyond the obvious stuff like health etc and change your focus. You end up actively seeking things to be grateful for, so gratitude becomes a mind-set.
I commit to sharing 3 things per day to be grateful for for the month of September, so watch this space!
