Hair

Yesterday morning I looked at myself, the grey hair and the boring bob that was dragging me down and thought, that’s it, I need a change.

So I called the salon and went for a colour and a cut.  I must add that this is the first time in more than a year I have allowed myself the luxury of having my hair coloured professionally.

Even though the guy didn’t listen to my pleas of being able to tuck my hair behind my ears, it still looks nice.  Thank goodness for the Spiderman hair gel that came with bubble bath for Daniel’s birthday! I was able to stick that in my fringe thingy this morning!

I also ended up meeting a lovely couple that were working yesterday.  He is Greek and she is Afrikaans and they have just come back from Greece with their 2 daughters after living there for only a month, the Mom couldn’t make the adjustment.  You can see that they are taking strain and he really wants to be there and she really needs to be here.  I so hope they make it through as they are both lovely people!
